As well as getting their views on a range of topics - their job, the company, their manager, relationsh ips, key policies and communications – the survey probes what is most important to them and gives encourages them to suggest their own ideas.

In other words it both collects information about how well you are managing people and provides them with a proper opportunity for their ideas to be aired and heard.

You can use the survey FREE of charge for the time being – and it’s simple to use. Of course there are some provisos:

• You need to register. We will not share your registration details with anyone else
• The FREE survey is only available online, so your employees must have access to the web
• Once you have registered you need to use the FREE survey within three months
• You will receive a report of all the results and we will enter this into a database so that later on you can compare your results to other organisations’. (We will NOT identify your organisation within the database or let anyone else know your results)
